【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusefulasanindicatorofthesusceptibilitytomoistureofcompactedbitumen-aggregatemixtures.1.1Thistestmethodcoversmeasurementofthelossofcompressivestrengthresultingfromtheactionofwateroncompactedbituminousmixturescontainingasphaltcement.Anumericalindexofreducedcompressivestrengthisobtainedbycomparingthecompressivestrengthoffreshlymoldedandcuredspecimenswiththecompressivestrengthofduplicatespecimensthathavebeenimmersedinwaterunderprescribedconditions.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
