【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsforpressuremetaldiecastingunits.Itappliestopressurediecastingmachinesandtotheinterfaceswiththefollowingancillaryequipment:?die,?melting,holdinganddosingfurnaces(seeEN746-1),?metalfeedingequipment,?insertingandremovaldevices,?sprayingappliances,?heatexchangerforthedie.Thisancillaryequipmentitselfisnotcovered.Additionalrisksarisingfromthematerialbeingcastarenotcovered.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytolowpressurediecastingmachinesand/orgravitydiecastingmachines.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttopressurediecastingmachineswhenusedasintendedandunderconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Itprovidestherequirementstobemetbythemanufacturertoensurethesafetyofpersonsandpropertyduringtransport,commissioning,use,de-commissioningandmaintenanceperiods,aswellasintheeventofforeseeablefailuresormalfunctionsthatcanoccurintheequipment.Thisdocumentisnotapplicabletopressuremetaldiecastingunits/machinerywhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
