【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesgeneralguidancefortheconstructionanduseofequipmentformeasure-mentoftheopticaltransferfunction(OTF)ofimagingsystems.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesimportantfactorsthatcaninfluencethemeasurementoftheOTF,andgivesgeneralrulesforequipmentperformancere-quirementsandenvironmentalcontrols.Itspecifiesimportantprecautionsthatshouldbetakentoensureaccuratemeasurementsandspecifiescor-rectionfactorstobeappliedtothecollecteddata.TheopticaltransferfunctionmeasuringequipmentdescribedinthisInternationalStandardisrestrictedtothatwhichanalysestheradiationdistributionintheimageplaneoftheopticalimagingSystemundertest.Itdoesnotincludeinterferometer-basedinstruments.
