【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesproceduresandpracticeswhicharesafeandenvironmentallyacceptable.Itcoversthefunctionalrecommendationsfordesign,construction,testing,commissioning,operationandmaintenanceofundergroundgasstoragefacilitiesinrockcavernsuptoandincludingthetopflangesofthecasings.Itdoesnotcoverrefrigeratedgasstorage.ThenecessarysurfacefacilitiesforanundergroundgasstoragearedescribedinEN1918-5.Inthiscontext"gas"isanygaseousfuelwhichisinagaseousstateatatemperatureof15℃underapressureof1bar.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiescommonbasicprinciplesforgassupplysystems.UsersofthisEuropeanStandardshouldbeawarethatmoredetailednationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticemayexistintheCENmembercountries.ThisEuropeanStandardisintendedtobeappliedinassociationwiththesenationalstandardsand/orcodesofpracticeanddoesnotreplacethem.Thisstandardisnotintendedtobeappliedretrospectivelytoexistingfacilities.
