【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62236appliestosignallingandtelecommunicationapparatuswhichisinstalledintherailwayenvironment.SignallingandtelecommunicationapparatusmountedinvehiclesiscoveredbyIEC62236-3-2.Thisstandardspecifieslimitsforemissionandimmunityandprovidesperformancecriteriaforsignallingandtelecommunications(S&T)apparatuswhichmayinterferewithotherapparatusintherailwayenvironment,orincreasethetotalemissionsfortherailwayenvironmentbeyondthelimitsdefinedintheappropriatestandard,andsoriskcausingElectroMagneticInterference(EMI)toapparatusoutsidetherailwaysystem.ApparatuswhichcomplieswiththeemissionlevelsofIEC61000-6-4willmeettheemissionrequirementsofthisstandardprovidedthatemissionsfromanyd.c.powerportarewithintheemissionslimitsspecifiedfora.c.powerports.TheimmunitylevelsofIEC61000-6-2willalsobeadequateexceptforthespecialcaseofapparatusinstalledclosetotherails.Thisstandardprovidestheimmunityrequirementsforsuchapparatus.Theimmunitylevelsgivenfortheapparatuswillinmostcasesallowtheapparatustoperformasintendedintherailwayenvironment(seenote).Theimmunitylevelestablishesacommonreferenceforevaluatingtheperformanceoftheapparatuswhensubjecttointerferenceresultingfromdirectexposureoftheapparatusandassociatedcablestoaradiofrequencyfield,orbycouplingoftheinterferencefromaremotesource.Ifaportisintendedtotransmitorreceiveforthepurposeofradiocommunication(intentionalradiators,e.g.transpondersystems)thentheemissionandimmunitylimitsinthisstandardatthecommunicationfrequencydonotapply.Thestandarddoesnotspecifybasicpersonalsafetyrequirementsforapparatussuchasprotectionagainstelectricshock,unsafeoperation,insulationco-ordinationandrelateddielectrictests.Therequirementsweredevelopedforandareapplicabletothissetofapparatuswhenoperatingundernormalconditions.Faultconditionsoftheapparatushavenotbeentakenintoaccount.Therequirementsandtestmethodsalsoapplytotelecommunicationsandsignallingdataandpowerlinesconnectedtotheequipmentundertest(EUT).Thefrequencylimitsforemissionandimmunityrequirementsarefromd.c.to400GHz.Atpresent,testingisnotdefinedforfrequenciesbelow150kHz(exceptfortractionfundamentalfrequencies)andabove2GHz.ForproductsinthescopeofIEC61000-3-2orIEC61000-3-3,therequirementsofthosestandardsapply.Testingmethodsaregiveninthebasicstandardslistedinclause2,normativereferences.NOTETheimmunityandemissionlevelsdonotofthemselvesguaranteethattheintegrationofapparatuswillnecessarilybesatisfactory.Thestandardcannotcoverallthepossibleconfigurationsoftheapparatus,butthetestlevelsaresufficienttoachievesatisfactoryEMCinthemajorityofcases.
