【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddefinestechnicalrequirementsforequipmentformonitoringofalpha-,beta-orgamma-emittingradionuclidesinliquideffluentsandsurfacewaters,providessomegeneralguidanceastothepossibledetectioncapabilityofsuchequipmentandindicateswhenandwhereitsusesmaybepracticable.NOTEAlphamonitoringinliquidsisapossibilitythathasbeendemonstratedusingaconcentrationdeviceandcollectionoftheconcentrateinafilter,sothisstandardmayalsobeapplicabletoalphamonitoringinliquids.Thisstandardisapplicabletoequipmentforcontinuousmonitoringoftheactivity:–inliquideffluentswhichcouldbereleasedintheenvironmentduringnormaloperations;–inenvironmentalwaters.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoequipmentspecificallyforuseinaccidentconditionsthatmayrequireadditionalcapabilities.Thisstandardisrestrictedtoequipmentforcontinuousmonitoringofgrossalphaorgrossbetaofmaximumenergyhigherthan150keVorgammaactivityinliquideffluentstreamsandenvironmentalwaters.Itdoesnotdealwithsampleextractionandlaboratoryanalysis.Theobjectofthisstandardistolaydowngeneralrequirementsandgiveexamplesofacceptablemethodsforequipmenttomonitorcontinuouslytheactivityofwater.ThisInternationalStandardspecifies,fortheequipmentdescribedinthescope,thegeneralcharacteristics,generaltestprocedures,radiation,electrical,safetyandenvironmentalcharacteristics,andtheidentificationandcertificationoftheequipment.PerformancerequirementsforthesafeoperationofelectricalequipmentareprovidedinIEC61010-1.Thesesafetyrequirementsandcorrespondingtestsareapplicableifthemanufacturerwantsto,orisrequiredto,labelitsequipmentwiththeappropriatesafetymark(forexample,CE,UL,etc.).Thisstandardisapplicabletowatermonitorsintendedtofulfilthefollowingfunctions:–measurementofthevolumetricactivityorcountrate(see5.1.2)duetoradionuclidesintheliquidanditsvariationwithtime;–actuationofanalarmwhenalimitvalueofvolumetricactivityorcountrateinwaterisexceeded.AnnexAgivessomeguidanceforusewithradioactivewatermonitors.
